Colin Kennedy is a highly motivated individual who is ready to assist you with your Real Estate buying/ selling needs. Born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area Colin has been immersed by the vibrantness and culture of this West Coast area of Florida. In the first 10 years of Colins life he grew up in the small town of Apollo Beach, 30 minutes south of Tampa. At the age of 11 Colins family moved to the oh so beautiful city of Saint Petersburg where he attended grade school at Northside Christian School. At the end of Colins ninth grade year he had the wonderful opportunity to attend St. Petersburg Collegiate High School a program offered by St. Petersburg College which allowed him to obtain his Associates in Arts Degree along with his High School Diploma, which he accomplished in December of 2021. In January of 2022, Colin embarked on a journey to Lexington Kentucky where he attended the University of Kentucky for one semester. Saint Petersburg called for Colin to come home later that year as he did. Colin is now finishing out his Bachelors in Business Management with a minor in Marketing at the University of South Florida. Colin is currently in his final semester with this institution and will graduate with this degree and minor in May of 2024.
Since a very young age Colin Kennedy has immersed himself and found his love for the Real Estate industry. Initially Colins passion for this industry started when he would watch Real Estate related shows on networks such as HGTV and Bravo. From the earliest days he was also involved in his parents' investment properties to a great magnitude. Through the funds of an unrelated business Colin made his first investment in a Condo on Central Avenues Grand Central District in July 2020, this condo was later sold and Colin invested the proceeds in multiple accounts and even a portion into a property he is the managing factor in located in the heart of Downtown St. Petersburg. In January of 2024 Colin started an internship with Barkett Realty and later that month he became a licensed Sales Associate to practice Real Estate. Colins expertise and knowledge especially in this direct market will assist you as a buyer/ seller with him to represent your current/ future property with the upmost potential for success.
